Match Schedule for the AVC Men’s Champions League Japan 2025 Announced SUNTORY SUNBIRDS OSAKA (Pool A) and OSAKA BLUTEON (Pool B) to Represent Japan
Tokyo, 13 March 2025 – The match schedule for the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Men’s Champions League Japan 2025, set to begin on Sunday, May 11, 2025, has been decided. Representing Japan, SUNTORY SUNBIRDS OSAKA will compete in Pool A, while OSAKA BLUTEON will compete in Pool B.

Co-hosted by the SV.LEAGUE and the Japan Volleyball Association (JVA), the tournament will be held in Japan. In addition to SUNTORY SUNBIRDS OSAKA and OSAKA BLUTEON, a total of 12 club champions from various Asian countries—such as Iran and Qatar—will gather for this competition. The top two clubs will earn berths in the 2025 FIVB Men’s Club World Championships scheduled for December 2025. Follow the progress of SUNTORY SUNBIRDS OSAKA and OSAKA BLUTEON as they represent Japan on the Asian stage.
Please note that there are no Japanese teams participating in the women’s tournament due to the schedule conflict with the 2024-25 SV.LEAGUE WOMEN’s Championship.
